Entry requirements

To enrol, you must hold one of the following:

A minimum Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent), OR
A minimum Level 1 Pilates qualification (200 hours experience minimum), OR
Be currently enrolled in one of the above

Theory quizzes and final exam

Six module quizzes and a final theory exam, passed at 100% (unlimited re-sits)

Film yourself teaching a full FF class (min. 4 clients), assessed against a 16-point checklist

Program Delivery Plan

A delivery plan for two supplied Fit Former programs (one WOTW, one Beginner): settings and setting changes, regressions and progressions, timing, music and injury modifications

20 Fit Former workouts (studio classes signed off or own workouts logged), two practice classes you teach (one Beginner, one WOTW), and a short teaching reflection

About this course

Fit Former Method Level 1 is trademarked and licensed by Fit Former By Candy Browne Pty Ltd. Fit Former By Candy Browne Pty Ltd administers an international licence that is open to professionals who have successfully completed Fit Former Method Level 1. Participation in Fit Former Method Level 1 does not oblige trainers or instructors to become licensed with Fit Former Method.

Licensing after Level 1

A licence includes Fit Former programs written by Candy and ready to teach, with a new block every 20 weeks, so you never have to write your own classes.

Licence rates

After Level 1, instructors and studios can licence the Fit Former Method. Every Fit Former program is written by Candy and delivered through the platform in 20-week blocks, each one a ten-week program repeated once. Every new licensee starts on Block 1, released within 7 days of payment, and works through the blocks in order. Programs are delivered as written, with regressions and progressions for individual clients. Rates are quoted per month but billed upfront per 20-week block, or annually upfront at roughly 10% off. Each new block is released on its start date, and block payers are billed 30 days before it starts. Fees are subject to an annual CPI increase. All prices include GST.

Instructor licence

For Fit Former Method instructors teaching at another studio, or working for themselves as a sole trader (one operator, no employees, no use of "Fit Former" in a business name). Instructors teaching at an already-licensed studio are covered by the studio's licence.

Level 1

The Fit Former Method program rotation: every week's WOTW, Beginner and Intermediate programs, delivered ready to teach.

Level 2

For instructors who have completed Level 2. Everything in Level 1, plus the Level 2 specialty program track — Flow, BOSU, Burn and Mobility — starting with a bundle of ten programs and unlocking more each block.

Studio licence

For a venue running Fit Former Method classes under the method and brand at one site. All teaching instructors must have completed Fit Former Method Level 1; named instructor seats are included.

Single FF Method class

Fit Former Method classes at one venue, with the full program rotation. Includes one named instructor seat.

All Styles

Fit Former Method classes plus the Level 2 specialty styles — Flow, BOSU, Burn and Mobility — at one venue. Includes two named instructor seats at no extra charge.

Annual payments are upfront and non-refundable. An unpaid block is not released.

Refund & cancellation policy

No refunds once access is given

Your training portal, including the full Fit Former course manual, opens as soon as your payment is received. Because of this, there are no refunds for change of mind once access has been given, and your enrolment can't be cancelled or withdrawn from once access starts.

Rescheduling

You can move to a later intake up to 6 weeks before your course starts. A $300 rescheduling fee applies. No changes can be made within 6 weeks of the course start date.

Exceptional circumstances

If something serious stops you attending (debilitating illness, bereavement or family tragedy), contact us. We'll consider a move to a later intake case by case.

Cancellation by Fit Former

If Fit Former cancels the course for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
